A cloth applied wood dye which penetrates into the wood grainproducing a rich depth of colour and highlights the beauty of the wood.
Preparation
Make sure the surface is smooth, clean and dry. Any previous treatments, wax or grease must be removed completely. Clean with white spirit, then strip or sand down, wipe over with white spirit.
Application
Shake can well before and during use. Always test for colour on a matching off cut. Apply with a soft, clean,lint free, dry cloth. Work swiftly and evenly along the grain. Allow to dry off for at least 6 hours or preferably overnight. Apply only one coat. When dry, rub well with clean, dry cloth to remove any surplus dye.
Coverage
Approx. 9 square metres per 250ml, depending on absorbancy of wood.
